Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans Hormel chili
lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
green onion, sliced thin
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large bag Frito corn chips
taco sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions; drain.
Add chili and cook until thoroughly heated.
Crush chips and make a layer in the bottom of a Pyrex dish.
Top with meat and chili mixture.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and green onions. Cover with foil for 15 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
Serve with taco sauce.
