Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very dry mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flaked, cooked and deboned fish
    1 Tbsp. Italian Good Seasons (dry mix)
    1 large egg
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    4 ingredients well.
    Pat out 3-ounce cakes. Dredge in
    flour.
    Fry in small amount of oil.
    Brown on both sides, turning
    only once.
    Drain on paper towel and serve at once.
