Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1/4 to 1/2 can sherry wine
    pinch of thyme
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take a package of 6 to 12 hot dogs.
    (Any brand will work equally well.)
    Remove from cellophane wrapper, place in quart pan of water.
    Bring to full boil; lower temperature and cover.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove from burner.
    Place hot dog on frankfurter roll and serve with relish of choice.
    Makes 6 to 12 portions.
