Cushaw Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 C. sugar
    1 1/4 C. oil
    1/2 C. pecans
    2 C. cushaw, cooked and drained
    2 C. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift and mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil, cushaw and mix well. Add vanilla and pecans and mix. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
