Italian Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
15 Tbsp. sugar
12 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. anise seed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Blend together until dough is smooth.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of dough onto hot pizzelle iron.
Makes approximately 3 to 4 dozen.
