Shortcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Knife in soft margarine; add milk.
    Roll on floured surface to 1/2-inch thick. Using a large glass, cut circles out.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 on lightly greased pan until golden brown.
    Top with your favorite fruit.
