Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. milk or cream
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. peppercorns
    1 bay leaf
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Chop broccoli, onion, celery and carrot.
    In a saucepan, put broccoli and cover with water; bring to a boil and simmer.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add onion, celery, carrot and bouillon to broccoli.
