Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes with skin
    6 slices bacon
    1/3 c. bacon fat
    3/4 c. thinly sliced yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. Gold Medal flour
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin until tender.
    Peel and slice thinly into bowl. Fry bacon until crisp and reserve fat.
    Cool potatoes and add 1/3 cup bacon fat in a skillet until potatoes are yellow. Add sliced yellow onion.
