Diabetic Apple-Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. soda
1/3 c. soft margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. thinly sliced apples
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Cream margarine, egg, vanilla and juice.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add apples, nuts and raisins. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
