Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. head cabbage
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut cabbage up and boil in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
    Add 2/3 of cheese and other ingredients.
    Toss lightly. Pour into buttered dish and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
