Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. seasoned croutons
2 1/4 c. milk
6 eggs
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage or 1 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, greased. Mix eggs and milk.
Pour over croutons.
Add cheese and sausage or ham. Refrigerate overnight.
Pour soup and 1/3 cup milk over top before baking at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
