Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
1/4 c. sugar
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
6 oz. frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drain and chop
Preparation

Mix crackers, oleo and sugar.
Use 3/4 of mixture and line 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk, orange juice and mandarin oranges.
Mix and pour into lined pan.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Refrigerate before serving.
