Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. (4 1/2 c.) uncooked packaged precooked rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) jar process American cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions; set aside.
    Cook broccoli; drain well.
    Cook celery and onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
    Combine soup, milk and cheese; stir in rice, broccoli, and celery mixture.
    Turn into two 2-quart casseroles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings (at least).
