Quick Chicken-N-Dumplins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (low-fat)
    1 1/2 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in enough water to make 2 cans of broth with celery, salt and pepper.
    Remove skin.
    Dice chicken.
    Put soup in saucepan.
    Add 2 cans of broth and celery.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add chicken.
    Mix Bisquick, egg and milk for dumplins. Drop by spoonful into soup mixture.
    Lower heat; simmer until dumplins are done.
