Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    16 c. popped corn
Preparation
    Use High power.
    Cook brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
    Add cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Stir well!
    Pour over popcorn in a brown grocery bag.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Shake it up.
    Cook 1 more minute and shake.
    Cook about 30 seconds and shake.
    Cook 30 seconds more and shake.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
