Cello Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken pieces off the bone
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 flour tortillas
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Start with tortillas layered in the bottom of a baking dish. Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Second, layer chicken mixture, then third layer of cheese.
    Repeat until all is in layers.
    End with cheese on the top.
    Arrange sliced black olives in an attractive pattern on top.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
