Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cream butter, oil and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Blend in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Add zucchini with spoon.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, greased and floured.
Put 6 ounce package of chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
