Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2/3 c. light cream or sour cream
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package.
Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in cream, cheese and egg yolk.
Pour sauce over pasta; toss to coat well.
