Crabmeat Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can lump fresh crabmeat
1 green pepper
2 Tbsp. mayo
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Clean any shells out of crabmeat.
Mince green pepper very fine; stir in 2 tablespoons mayo.
May add a small amount extra until texture is moist.
Place in quiche plate.
Sprinkle lightly with seasoned bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
