Grilled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves)
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 tsp. butter (optional)
Preparation

Single layer the chicken breasts in pan.
Mix ingredients. Spread marinade sauce onto breasts.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to 3 days.
Grill 5 minutes on each side.
