Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak, cut in four pieces
1/2 cabbage, cut in four pieces
4 potatoes, peeled
2 carrots, peeled and broken in halves
1/2 yellow piece squash, cut in four pieces
2 corncobs, cut in four pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Brown meat in big pot.
Place potatoes, carrot pieces, cabbage, squash and corncob pieces on top of meat.
Cover all with water.
Boil until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Serve on plate one piece of meat, one potato, piece of cabbage, piece of squash, corn, piece of carrot and one serving of rice.
Add some broth to the mayonnaise.
This will serve as a sauce.
