Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain fruit thoroughly and heat the juice.
    Dissolve Jell-O in the hot liquid.
    Cool.
    Mix with cottage cheese, fruit and pecans.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into mold or 8 x 12-inch dish. Chill until set.
    Serves 8.
