Lo-Cal Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 (12 oz.) cans non-fat evaporated milk
    3 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. brandy extract
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend egg substitute on medium speed for one minute.
    Add liquid sweetener, vanilla and one can evaporated milk.
    Blend for one minute.
    Add 1 can evaporated milk, 3 cups skim milk and 1 tablespoon brandy extract.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Chill 24 hours. One 8 ounce serving = 72 calories and 1/2 g. fat.
