Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 to 3 c. grated carrots
20 oz. can crushed, drained pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, oil and sifted dry ingredients.
Combine with sugar, eggs and oil.
Add carrots, pineapple and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan.
