Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place sliced apples in rectangular baking dish.
(I use Granny Smith apples.)
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
With a fork, stir together the oil and the egg.
Mix in with the dry ingredients.
Spread over the apples. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
