Pozole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    2 lb. hominy
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 onion, chopped
    5 oz. whole dried chili
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 bag corn chips
Preparation
    Cook the chicken breasts.
    Add salt to the hominy, garlic and onion. When the chicken is cooked, shred it.
    Soak the chilies for 20 minutes. Press them through a strainer to remove the seeds and tough skin.
    Add the chicken and hominy. Cook to a boil on the top of the stove. Slice the lettuce finely and serve the pozole with the lettuce and chips.
