Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Combine eggs, water, salad oil and pumpkin.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix only until well blended.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
