Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can kraut, drained and chopped
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. diced onion
4 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
4 eggs, beaten with egg
1/4 lb. cracker crumbs, rolled fine
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion together; drain.
Mix sausage, onion, kraut, parsley, garlic salt, bread crumbs and cream cheese. Chill.
After chilling, form into small balls.
Roll in flour. Dip in egg and milk mixture.
Roll in the cracker crumbs.
Fry until brown in hot grease.
Drain.
