Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. black walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan; add sugar and milk and blend well.
    Add vanilla.
    Bring to boil and boil 6 minutes (rolling boil).
    Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups black walnuts, if desired.
    Stir well.
    Pour into a well-greased pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch and cool.
