Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
