Heavenly Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk, cooled
    2 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. very warm water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to cooled milk.
    Add all other ingredients, beating in flour, a cup or two at a time, until it sticks together.
    Shape into round ball and cover.
    Let rise twice its size, about 30 minutes.
    Pour out onto floured surface and knead 3 to 4 times.
    Roll out and cut with glass.
    Dip into oil (in pan), fold in half, lining them close together.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
