Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad dressing
    2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
    1/2 c. pickles, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and gradually beat in well beaten eggs.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
    Beat in salad dressing.
    Toss together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
