Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. boned chicken
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. bamboo shoots
3 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
cashews
pickles
ears of corn
2 c. chopped celery
3/4 chopped onion
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. water chestnuts
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Bring to boil chicken, bamboo shoots and 2 cups broth. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup broth.
Add to boiling chicken.
Saute onion until transparent.
Add green pepper, celery and chestnuts. Cook 3 minutes, until crisp.
Add to chicken mixture.
Add soy sauce, mushrooms and ears of corn.
Put in casserole dish.
Top with nuts and noodles.
Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with rice.
Can use oriental mixed vegetables and also use rice noodles (wonderful casserole).
