Molded Cranberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, ground
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/4 c. cold liquid (includes syrup from pineapple)
    2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine cranberries and sugar.
    Let stand.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add cold liquid.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add cranberry mixture, crushed pineapple, celery and walnuts.
    Chill in large ring mold until firm.
    Serves 12.
