Justin'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing bread crumbs
Preparation
    Parboil squash and onions for 10 minutes and drain well.
    Mix together carrots, sour cream and soup.
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing.
    Layer crumbs, squash, crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
