Sweet Potatoes And Cashew Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. broken cashews
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 lb. sweet potatoes (prepared)
1 (8 oz.) can peach slices, drained
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, cashews, salt and ginger.
In 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish, layer half the sweet potatoes, half peach slices, half brown sugar mix.
Repeat layers.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
Spoon syrup over potatoes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
