Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breasts (without skin)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3/4 to 1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pound chicken and cut into thin strips.
    Lightly coat with flour.
    Heat in oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Remove from pan and set aside.
