Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Heat butter in a skillet.
    Add mushrooms to skillet and cook slowly, occasionally moving and turning gently with a spoon until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Put in a warm dish and serve.
