Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs; stir in vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients, sifted together.
    Mix and then add applesauce.
    Do not overmix.
    Fill paper muffin cups 1/2 full.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes in preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 36 muffins.
    Batter keeps well in refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.
    I add raisins and nuts.
