Country Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    cornflakes with 2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until soft.
    Peel and then grate.
    Heat margarine, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add sour cream and pour over potatoes; mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with enough crushed cornflakes with butter to cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
