Molded Lobster Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 large can lobster, flaked
    1 large can crabmeat, flaked
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1/2 c. nutmeats
    1 or 2 apples, cut fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve with boiling water.
    Add lemon juice and when it begins to thicken, add fish, celery, apples and nuts.
    Then fold in mayonnaise to which the whipped cream has been added.
    Pour into mold.
    Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with stuffed olives and quarters of hard-boiled eggs or slices of tomato.
