Lee'S Souffled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium-large mushrooms (fresh)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach souffle, thawed
    8 tsp. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut out mushroom stems.
    Melt butter in medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
    Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms, cavity down, and cook until lightly brown (2 to 3 minutes), turning once.
    Place mushrooms, cavity up, on baking sheet and fill each with one rounded tablespoon of souffle. Top with 1/2 teaspoon cheese (each) and sprinkle with paprika. Bake until souffle is puffy and set, about 16 minutes.
    Or fill and refrigerate until ready to cook.
