Grandma Monahan'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large or 4 small, very ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 egg
    8 tsp. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease bread pan and preheat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Mash bananas and add ingredients in order listed into a large mixing bowl.
    Stir well until all blended.
    Bake in a preheated oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Test middle with a knife.
    (Keep moist; don't overbake.)
    (Ripe bananas can be frozen and kept until ready.)
