Alan Okada'S Best Ever Gingerbread Cookies(Merry Christmas!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening or butter or margarine (2 sticks)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. molasses and honey (about 1/2 c. of each)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
5 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream together butter or margarine, sugar and salt.
Stir in eggs, molasses and vinegar.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients to molasses mixture, gradually, and mix well.
Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
