Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. dates or 1 1/2 c. nuts (may be added if desired)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients, including sugar into mixing bowl.
    Make a well in dry ingredients and add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix together until smooth.
    Portion into 3 conventional bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
    Freezes well.
