Slushy Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small Jell-O's
9 c. water
4 c. sugar
4 c. warm water
1 (16 oz.) bottle lemon juice
2 (40 oz.) can pineapple juice
2 (2 liter) ginger ale or 7-Up
Preparation

In a large pan bring water to boil.
Add Jell-O and mix until dissolved.
Bring to boil and add sugar and water.
Cool down, then add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Stir well; freeze in large plastic containers.
When ready to use, remove from freezer 4 to 5 hours to thaw.
Add ginger ale; mix.
It will be slushy. Can be refrozen.
Serves 50.
