Corn Bread(Lite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; stir to mix.
    Add buttermilk and oil. Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, for 50 to 60 minutes in greased loaf pan.
    Yields 1 loaf.
