Microwave Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    6 corn tortillas
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, mashed
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 2-quart glass container.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Mix lightly.
    Place in microwave and cook on High for 3 minutes.
    Drain meat mixture and then stir.
    Microwave on High for 2 more minutes.
    Stir in Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies and taco seasoning.
    Cook on High for 3 minutes and remove from microwave.
