Plantation Light Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix.
    Pour into loaf pan prepared with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
