Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in 2 well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    A glaze of 2 cups powdered sugar and a little milk may be spread on top of the two cooled loaves, if desired.
